Description
A technology-driven enterprise organization is seeking a senior Azure AI Engineer to design and implement production-grade AI applications within a Microsoft-centric environment. This is a hands-on development role focused on integrating large language models, Copilot agents, and enterprise data into scalable, secure systems.
You will play a key role in building model-driven and agentic applications using Azure AI services, integrating AI into APIs and enterprise workflows, and developing RAG-based solutions grounded in internal SharePoint content.
What You’ll Tackle
• Design and deploy AI applications using Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI
• Build and integrate Copilot Studio agents and enterprise AI workflows
• Develop RAG pipelines with secure SharePoint grounding
• Implement vector indexing and enterprise search solutions
• Build APIs to embed AI capabilities into internal systems
• Apply Responsible AI guardrails and compliance controls
• Optimize performance, scalability, and model evaluation workflows
• Document architecture, runbooks, and operational processes
What You Bring
• 3+ years building production AI solutions on Microsoft Azure
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI
• Strong background in Copilot Studio and agent frameworks
• Experience implementing RAG and vector-based search architectures
• C++ and Python development expertise
• Experience integrating with Microsoft Graph, Teams, or SharePoint
• API development experience
• Strong understanding of enterprise security and identity models
Nice to Have
• Azure AI Search / Knowledge Mining
• MLOps pipelines and CI/CD automation
• LLM fine-tuning experience
• Enterprise compliance experience
