Define and institutionalize AI-enabled SDLC practices and golden paths across value streams to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Own the product strategy and roadmap for our AI Developer Tooling Portfolio (assistants, agents, test/docs copilots) and ensure seamless integration with our DevSecOps stack.
Collaborate with CISO, Privacy, and Legal to ensure Responsible AI through policy, evaluation, and auditability.
Drive adoption and enablement through training programs, communities of practice, and structured change management.
Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor, translating complex AI concepts into actionable strategies for development teams.
Facilitate cross-team collaboration to ensure alignment on standards, governance, and implementation approaches across the SDLC.
Measure and deliver outcomes across flow, quality, security, developer experience, and ROI.
Manage the vendor ecosystem, licensing, and budget to optimize cost and value.
What we’re looking for
Must Haves
4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's).
10+ years of experience in application development and product management experience for internal developer platforms or tools.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern development practices (, Agile, DevOps, MLOps/LMMOps)
Hands-on with modern toolchains (Git, CI/CD, test automation, observability) and GenAI in engineering (coding/test assistants, agents, RAG).
Strong governance & security mindset (privacy, IP, model risk, data protection).
Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Haves
Proven experience applying AI technologies to support and enable application development teams, driving innovation and efficiency across the SDLC.
Hands-on experience working within application development teams, including leadership roles guiding team strategy, delivery, and technical execution.
Certifications in Agile (SAFe, CSM, PMI-ACP) or DevOps practices.
Experience designing and executing team upskilling initiatives.
Proven experience with ROI analysis, cost-benefit modeling, and value frameworks.

The pay range for this position is $146,501 - $264,700 with
anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range
and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
