Autonomous Enterprise AI Engineer

Thira is building the agentic system of execution for the enterprise, delivering autonomous back-office execution across IT, finance, HR, and more. You will architect the core multi-agent platform, collaborating with the CTO and shaping technology and culture from day one. You'll own end-to-end components from orchestration to memory systems, LLM evaluation, and governance harnesses, driving performance, reliability, and rapid iteration in a 0→1 environment.
