Automation and AI Engineer

To drive the next phase of IT Service Management transformation, the contract-to-hire Automation and AI Engineer will design, develop, and implement intelligent automation solutions remotely, focusing on improving service delivery and enhancing employee experiences. Key responsibilities:

Partner with IT leadership to define and execute the IT service management automation roadmap Design and implement AI-driven solutions and workflows for incident management and service operations Develop integrations across ITSM, productivity, and business application platforms to automate data synchronization

Required qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of experience in automation engineering, software development, or ITSM engineering 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar workflow automation platforms Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, Webhooks, PowerShell, Python, and JavaScript Knowledge of ITIL practices and ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Fulfillment Management
