Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Physical AI Engineering Senior Consultant to lead strategic initiatives within a Physical AI R&D environment. This role focuses on driving innovation across robotics and AI systems, bridging hardware and software integration, and guiding enterprise-level adoption of advanced Physical AI solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic advisor, technical leader, and mentor while working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver impactful, next-generation AI and robotics solutions.

Key Responsibilities Lead strategic planning and execution of Physical AI initiatives aligned with business and technology objectives Provide expert guidance on integration of hardware and software systems in robotics and AI environments Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify innovation opportunities in Physical AI solutions Conduct client-facing strategy sessions and technical showcases demonstrating solution value Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver actionable technical and strategic recommendations Develop thought leadership content such as white papers, solution frameworks, and case studies Mentor and guide team members, fostering technical growth and continuous learning Support project governance, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality AI and robotics solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Robotics or Mechatronics Strong understanding of AI, robotics systems, and Physical AI concepts Experience working with NVIDIA platforms (Omniverse, Isaac, Cosmos) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Experience translating complex technical concepts into business-aligned solutions Familiarity with data analysis and using data-driven insights for decision-making Proven ability to support or lead strategic-level discussions with clients or leadership teams

Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Robotics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related STEM field Strong exposure to emerging AI and robotics trends across industries Demonstrated leadership experience mentoring teams or technical groups Proven ability to define and execute technology strategies that drive business impact Strong experience in designing innovative solutions using advanced AI/robotics technologies Ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive successful delivery in complex environments
