To support the development of AI-driven solutions, the full-time Associate AI Engineer will manage the orchestration of AI agents by translating business needs into actionable tasks, coordinating agent activities, and validating outcomes in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Translate business requests into clear requirements and measurable acceptance criteria Direct AI agents in building, configuring, integrating, testing, and troubleshooting software systems Investigate failures and validate outcomes through application testing and logs
Required qualifications
Hands-on experience using AI tools for meaningful projects Foundational technical literacy with applications, APIs, databases, and cloud services Ability to break down ambiguous problems into concrete steps Experience with agentic development tools like GitHub Copilot or similar Good judgment in decision-making regarding project progression and inquiries
