About the Role:
Were hiring a Sr. Engineer
IT AI & Machine Learning to drive enterprise-level innovation and build impactful AI solutions from the ground up. This role is ideal for a senior engineer who enjoys blending advanced analytics, machine learning, and business strategy to solve real-world problems and influence organizational direction.
Youll work closely with business leaders, technical teams, and data partners to identify opportunities, design solutions, and bring AI initiatives to life.
Responsibilities:
Lead AI/ML initiatives from concept through deployment
Translate business needs into scalable data and ML solutions
Design, prototype, and pilot first-of-kind AI tools and analytics products
Provide technical leadership across architecture and implementation
Drive roadmap planning, prioritization, and delivery execution
Identify high-value analytics opportunities across the business
Mentor engineers and data professionals
Partner with architects, vendors, and engineering teams to deliver production systems
Ensure documentation, auditability, and compliance with enterprise standards
Influence strategy through technical insight and business alignment
Required Skills:
Experience
7+ years in IT, engineering, or data-related roles
35+ years leading AI/ML or Data Science initiatives
Education
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related field
Masters degree preferred
Skills & Knowledge
Proven experience with AI/ML in production
Strong knowledge of:
Supervised & unsupervised learning
Deep learning and neural networks
Regression, clustering, and classification techniques
Bayesian inference and statistical modeling
Experience with big data technologies, cloud platforms, and open-source tools
Track record of designing and delivering high-impact digital solutions
Ability to influence senior leadership and technical teams
