General skills we’re looking for:
Strong Python, C++, or Rust with experience integrating foundation models
Experience with RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector DBs, or fine-tuning
Familiar with real-world applications of LLMs (not just demos)
Bonus: Background in RLHF, robotics integration, or safety-focused ML
