What You’ll Do
You’ll work directly with leadership to design, build, and maintain the AI and automation systems that power our internal operations.
AI & Automation
Build and maintain AI agents using platforms like OpenClaw
Create automations that eliminate repetitive tasks
Write Python scripts to streamline workflows
Monitor and improve system reliability over time
Systems & Integrations
Connect external tools and APIs to our AI agent infrastructure
Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance
Document your work clearly so others can build on it
HubSpot CRM Ownership
Manage and optimize HubSpot pipelines, workflows, and reports
Improve data quality and system usability
Build automations that support sales, operations, and leadership
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need to be a senior engineer — curiosity, initiative, and problem‑solving matter more than formal experience.
Core Requirements
Some coding experience (Python preferred — personal projects count)
Genuine interest in AI, automation, and how systems work
Comfortable using a terminal/command line
Strong written communication and documentation habits
Self‑directed and able to figure things out independently
Willing to work 100% on‑site in Dallas
Nice to Have
HubSpot experience (pipelines, workflows, reporting)
Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI agent frameworks
Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, or integrations
Exposure to Linux/WSL environments
HubSpot certifications
