We’re looking for a seasoned software engineer who has hands‑on experience building modern AI‑driven systems—particularly autonomous, goal‑directed workflows that can plan, call tools, and reliably complete multi‑step operations in real environments. This position centers on integrating GenAI capabilities with robust user-facing interfaces while ensuring scalability, security, and operational visibility.
Core Responsibilities
Develop and refine AI‑powered interfaces, orchestration layers, and workflow logic
Create and connect agent‑driven tools to both internal applications and third‑party systems
Implement monitoring, evaluation, and reliability features to ensure consistent AI performance
Partner closely with platform, product, and data teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions
Required Background
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent foreign degree) in computer science, information systems, computer engineering, or a related field
5+ years of professional software engineering experience
Strong practical background in agentic AI development, LLM-based systems, or autonomous tooling
Expertise with
JavaScript ,
TypeScript , and
C#
(or another modern backend language such as Python)
Solid experience working with xsgimln APIs and building secure, dependable backend services
Familiarity with testing frameworks, observability tooling, and production operations
Preferred Experience
Exposure to multi‑agent architectures or agent orchestration frameworks
Knowledge of evaluation pipelines, guardrail implementation, and AI observability practices
Experience developing AI systems within regulated or data-sensitive industries
