AI Agent Engineer
who will help build and scale next-generation autonomous AI solutions across the enterprise. This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of
Agentic AI, LLMs, AI orchestration, and intelligent automation , partnering directly with investment, technology, and innovation teams to design and deploy production-grade AI systems that drive real business impact.
Hybrid: 2 days per week onsite
Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy AI agents and autonomous systems in modern cloud environments
Build agent-driven workflows that automate complex business processes and generate actionable insights
Develop solutions leveraging LLMs, prompt engineering, orchestration frameworks, and real-time data
Collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases
Drive engineering best practices across testing, deployment, code quality, and continuous integration
Help evolve AI platforms, infrastructure, and automation capabilities across the organization
Research and implement emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes
Requirements Hands-on experience building and deploying
LLM-powered applications
or
agent-based AI systems
in production environments
Strong experience with:
Cloud-native architectures
Containerized microservices
AI/Agent frameworks
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Passion for emerging AI technologies and innovation
Preferred
Prompt engineering, evaluation, and model benchmarking
Experience within asset management, investment management, financial services, or capital markets environments
Understanding of financial markets, investment products, and financial data
