AI Engineer to assist with setting up AI Office/CoE by defining the AI strategy, frameworks, and governance for AI adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Defining AI in Engineering Strategy and AI Adoption roadmap
Define AI architecture strategy and capability roadmap aligned to enterprise technology strategy (cloud, data, security, integration).
Establish reference architectures and patterns for common AI use cases; Architecting and deploying scalable and composable AI frameworks
Establishes AI standards, risk controls including best practice and guardrails
Enabling cross disciplinary teams to develop AI solutions for various business and technology use-cases
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand and fulfill the AI needs of the organization
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience designing and guiding enterprise-grade AI solutions and standard patterns
Experience establishing architecture standards, reference architectures, and technical guardrails across multiple teams
Hands-on experience with AI frameworks and tools for experiment tracking, model deployment, and performance monitoring.
Hands-on experience working with Cursor and Claude Code
Strong knowledge of aws cloud AI services
