Job Description:

· Lead end-to-end architecture and delivery of complex AI agent systems on the AIOps platform, using Gemini Enterprise API and Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) as the primary runtime.
· Set engineering standards for agent development — prompt design, tool-use patterns, memory management, and multi-agent orchestration — and mentor the AI Engineer cohort.
· Build reusable agent templates, scaffolding, and SDK wrappers in Python that accelerate development across business process and productivity workstreams.
· Collaborate directly with the AI Governance Lead to wire observability hooks, structured logging, and evaluation harnesses into every agent before production deployment.
· Drive technical due diligence on new Gemini model releases, ADK updates, and LangChain integrations, translating capability changes into actionable adoption decisions for the team.
