Overview
We are seeking a forward-thinking
AI Engineer
to lead the development of a
Proof of Concept (PoC)
for intelligent AI agents capable of processing and interacting with
documents, emails, and proxy cards . This role involves designing autonomous agents using
LLMs, NLP, and decision-making frameworks
to automate workflows and enhance data-driven operations.
Responsibilities
Design & Build AI Agents
using LLMs (e.g., GPT), NLP pipelines, and planning algorithms for document/email parsing and decision-making.
Develop PoC systems that
extract, interpret, and act on structured and unstructured data
from emails, proxy cards, and business documents.
Integrate agents into existing workflows or APIs (e.g., Outlook, SharePoint, CRM systems).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PoC goals with business outcomes.
Implement
feedback loops, human-in-the-loop strategies , and safety mechanisms.
Monitor agent performance and iterate based on KPIs like accuracy, latency, and task completion rate.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
Strong experience with
Python ,
TensorFlow ,
PyTorch , and
LangChain
or similar frameworks.
Hands-on experience with
NLP ,
document classification ,
email parsing , and
retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) .
Familiarity with
agent frameworks
(e.g., AutoGPT, CrewAI, ReAct).
Experience with
vector databases ,
prompt engineering , and
LLM fine-tuning .
Understanding of
data pipelines ,
API integration , and
cloud deployment
