Were looking for a seasoned AI & Automation Engineer to join our Technology Transformation team. This role focuses on Agentic AI and process automationnot ML model training. Youll use our agentic platform, RPA tools, APIs, and custom development to automate real-world business processes.
What Youll Do:
Design, test, and maintain Agentic AI solutions that perform autonomous tasks.
Evaluate and refine agent behavior using prompt engineering and contextual understanding.
Build and manage automated workflows via RPA tools like Power Automate, Zapier, and custom APIs.
Monitor, optimize, and ensure the reliability and compliance of deployed agents.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and deliver effective solutions.
What Were Looking For:
Hands-on experience with Agentic AI and RPA automation.
Proven track record of automating business processes and maintaining AI agents.
Strong understanding of how agents make decisions and how to guide them to desired outcomes.
