The Role
A leading consultancy is launching a major enterprise-wide initiative to accelerate AI adoption across its consulting business.
They are looking for
dynamic AI Solutions Engineers
with 1-3 years experience in an AI role to join a newly formed, globally distributed team.
In this highly visible role, you will act as the vital bridge between business requirements and technical execution. You will partner directly with consultants and business stakeholders to identify, design, and build lightweight, practical AI-powered solutions. The ultimate objective is to automate repetitive tasks, eliminate manual spreadsheet-heavy workflows, and supercharge productivity across global client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement:
Partner directly with internal consultants to uncover business challenges and identify high-value AI opportunities.
Solution Delivery:
Design, prototype, and build production-ready AI-enabled tools, workflows, and automation solutions.
Workflow Automation:
Evaluate proposed AI use cases to determine technical viability and recommend the most effective architectural approach.
Adoption & Training:
Drive user enablement by providing training, documentation, and continuous guidance to non-technical users.
Key Skills & Experience Required
Experience:
1–3 years of hands-on experience in AI development, automation, software engineering, or solution development.
Technical Capability:
A proven "builder" mindset with a track record of taking software or automation concepts from initial idea through to final deployment.
Process Automation:
Demonstrable experience building workflows, automation pipelines, or lightweight AI-integrated applications.
Communication:
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage, influence, and translate requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
Problem Solving:
Strong analytical skills to assess technical feasibility and architect pragmatic solutions to complex business problems.
Desirable (Nice to have)
Previous experience working within a consultancy or professional services environment.
