What We’re Looking For
Strong hands-on software engineering and AI development experience
Deep proficiency in Python and modern ML/NLP frameworks such as Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, and Anthropic APIs
Experience building healthcare AI applications will be ideal
Working knowledge of HL7/FHIR standards and EHR data structures, with Epic experience preferred
Familiarity with CMS coding guidelines, payer logic, and specialty-specific reimbursement nuances
Ability to build, test, and deploy practical AI solutions in a real-world healthcare environment
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across technical and operational stakeholders
Ideal Candidate Profile

Demonstrated experience creating custom AI solutions rather than only implementing existing platforms
Technically exceptional, with the ability to move from concept to production
May come from a strong academic background and be early in career, but brings outstanding engineering capability

Pay range and compensation package
