who will help build and scale next-generation autonomous AI solutions across the enterprise. This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of
Agentic AI, LLMs, AI orchestration, and intelligent automation
, partnering directly with investment, technology, and innovation teams to design and deploy production-grade AI systems that drive real business impact.
Location:
Baltimore, MD Hybrid:
2 days per week onsite
Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy AI agents and autonomous systems in modern cloud environments Build agent-driven workflows that automate complex business processes and generate actionable insights Develop solutions leveraging LLMs, prompt engineering, orchestration frameworks, and real-time data Collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases Drive engineering best practices across testing, deployment, code quality, and continuous integration Help evolve AI platforms, infrastructure, and automation capabilities across the organization Research and implement emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes Requirements: ✅ 5+ years of software engineering experience using Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar object-oriented languages ✅ Hands-on experience building and deploying
