Our AI agents already talk to real customers every day, by text, email and phone. One of them even brewed a beer with us that made it into Jensen Huang's keynote at NVIDIA GTC. Now we're looking for the engineers who make them brilliant.
We're a small, senior team across Houston, San Francisco and Berlin. We build AI that runs inside real businesses in automotive, health, sports and legal, from mid-size to enterprise, and turn what works into companies of their own. Not a copilot bolted on: people and AI agents running the business together.

What we build Chat: AI agents answer customers by text and email on their own, within limits we set, and hand over to a person at exactly the right moment. Voice: AI agents pick up the phone and hold real conversations in real time. Data: on-device agents watch how people use 30-year-old legacy software and map which clicks to automate next. A permanent memory records every change, so agents can query the business through time. Documents: AI that writes proposals, quotes and business documents in seconds.
Pick your track One role, three ways in. Tell us where you'd do your best work. Forward-deployed AI engineer: about half with customers, half in the code. You take an agent from the first customer conversation to production. AI data engineer: legacy systems, messy CRM and EHR data, pipelines, evals and agent memory. When an agent quotes a wrong price, it's a legal problem, not a typo. AI security engineer: PII, HIPAA and GDPR, and keeping agents inside limits we define and audit.
How we work Agentic-first, for real. Every engineer here orchestrates several AI agents at once and leaves them running overnight. Taste over frameworks. We hire for judgment and taste, because the agents speak every framework. No status meetings. When we talk, it's code review, pairing on hard problems and trading what works.
You You've shipped AI agents or LLM features that real users touch. You write TypeScript or Python. Next.js, React, Postgres and SQL are a plus. You work with Claude Code or a similar coding agent every day. Bonus: you know dealerships, clinical workflows, legal or sports from the inside.
Details Full-time, part-time or contract. Starting with a project on the side is fine. Remote, with a preference for Houston or Berlin, where our clients are right now. You'll need a few hours of overlap with US Central or Berlin working hours. Process: a 20-minute call with Alexander or Florian, a short take-home, a paid work trial, and an offer in about two weeks.
