What You’ll Be Working On
Build and deploy AI agents that operate in real-world, customer facing workflows
Design and implement AI evaluation frameworks to measure quality, reliability, and performance of models and agents
Develop backend services and APIs supporting agent orchestration, data flow, and evaluation pipelines
Work across data, models, and infrastructure to move systems from prototype to production
Collaborate directly with customers to adapt agents to real use cases and constraints
Ideal Background
Experience or strong interest in applied AI, AI engineering, or forward-deployed systems
Solid backend engineering fundamentals (APIs, services, debugging production systems)
Familiarity with LLMs, agents, or evaluation methodologies is a strong plus
Comfortable in customer-facing situations and fast-changing requirements
Python, Go (or similar backend language)
Agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or custom-built systems

High-intensity schedule: Monday–Saturday

Compensation
Depends on experience, junior candidates up to 150K, senior candidates up to 400K.
