We are looking for an AI Engineer for a short-term contract to support digital content and AI-enabled chatbot initiatives within a commercial IT environment (non-personal HCP/patient web channels).
Key Responsibilities:
Support development of an AI-enabled chatbot solution
Work on prompt engineering for LLM-based applications
Assist with API integration and backend connectivity
Support content delivery workflows via CMS (basic Adobe Experience Manager authoring/publishing)
Collaborate with global teams for delivery and stakeholder coordination
Required Skills:
Strong Python programming experience
Experience with API integration
Hands-on exposure to AI/LLM prompt engineering
Basic CMS experience (Adobe Experience Manager preferred – author/publisher level, not developer)
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS or Azure – at least one required) xsgimln
Understanding of AI-enabled chatbot solutions
Preferred Background:
2–3 years of experience in AI-related work
Software development background (preferred over pharma domain experience)
Experience supporting business delivery in cross-functional/global teams
Familiarity with Adobe ecosystem (basic level sufficient)
