Title: AI Engineer/AI Agent Engineer

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Design and build
AI agents
capable of multi-step reasoning, task execution, and tool usage using LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex)
Develop
end-to-end AI/ML pipelines
including data ingestion, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
Build and optimize
LLM-powered applications
such as chatbots, recommendation systems, search, and personalization engines
Implement
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
systems integrating vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate)
Create
autonomous workflows and agent orchestration
for use cases like customer support automation, supply chain optimization, and internal tooling
Fine-tune and evaluate models from providers such as OpenAI, Meta (LLaMA), and open-source ecosystems
Ensure
scalability, latency optimization, and cost efficiency
of AI systems in production environments
Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions
Apply
Responsible AI practices
including bias mitigation, explainability, and data privacy compliance
