Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on
AI Engineer
to help design, build, deploy, and scale AI solutions across our organization. Reporting directly to the Co-CEO, this individual will play a critical role in shaping the company's AI capabilities by developing production-grade AI systems, intelligent automation solutions, and scalable AI infrastructure. This is an opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys building from the ground up and wants to have a direct impact on how AI is leveraged throughout a rapidly growing organization. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering fundamentals with practical experience building and deploying AI-powered applications in production environments. You will work closely with leadership, business stakeholders, and the existing Data & Analytics team to transform AI opportunities into real-world solutions that improve operational efficiency, automate workflows, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities AI Engineering & Development Design, develop, deploy, and maintain production-grade AI applications and services. Build AI-powered solutions that automate workflows, improve productivity, and reduce manual processes. Develop and support AI agents, LLM-powered applications, retrieval systems, and intelligent automation solutions. Integrate AI capabilities into existing business systems and operational processes. Evaluate and implement leading AI technologies, frameworks, and tools. Infrastructure & Delivery Design and maintain scalable AI infrastructure and deployment pipelines. Ensure reliability, performance, security, and observability of AI systems in production. Develop APIs, integrations, and backend services that support AI applications. Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to leverage internal data sources for AI-driven solutions. Ownership of AI application lifecycle from development through production support. AI Adoption & Business Partnership Partner with business leaders to understand operational challenges and identify AI use cases. Work directly with stakeholders to customize AI solutions for various teams across the organization. Drive AI adoption through practical solutions that produce measurable business impact. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Provide technical guidance regarding emerging AI technologies and implementation strategies.
Qualifications Required 5+ years of software engineering experience. 3+ years building, deploying, and maintaining production AI systems. Experience developing AI-powered applications using modern LLM technologies. Strong programming experience in Python. Experience deploying AI solutions into production environments. Experience building APIs, integrations, and scalable backend services. Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud platforms, and modern development practices. Experience working directly with business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions. Preferred Experience building AI agents, agentic workflows, RAG systems, or intelligent automation solutions. Financial services, lending, real estate, fintech, or regulated industry experience. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Familiarity with vector databases, model orchestration frameworks, and AI infrastructure tooling. xsgimln Experience mentoring engineers or providing technical leadership.
