We are seeking a Sr AI Engineer to join an early age stealth startup.
This role is a high impact high visibility role that can develop into a Lead or Head of role as the team continues to grow!
Location: San Francisco - 3 days in office
Compensation: Up to 300K base
Visa status: No sponsorship at this time
The role:
Lead AI Engineering efforts both company and product wide
Report directly into the CTO working with stakeholders to drive new technical developments.
Work in a full stack capacity introducing new AI features from concept into implementation
Take ownership of all LLM orchestration and architecture
Fine tune models and take a core focus on model implementation, applied AI, and performance
The requirements:
5+ years engineering experience with the previous 2 being focused on AI and models as a minimum
Experience in API's and prompt engineering
Strong experience in building custom models or fine tuning LLM's
Model Optimization experience
Langchain or similar LLM framework.
Must have Code Generation experience
