Join a leading global alternative investment firm and help build the next generation of AI-powered enterprise automation. We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer who can design, develop, and deploy production-grade LLM agents that automate operational and finance workflows at scale.
What You’ll Work On:
Build LLM-powered agents for workflow automation
Integrate enterprise APIs, databases & MCP servers
Develop tool-calling & multi-step AI workflows
Implement guardrails, validation & human-in-the-loop systems
Create observable, auditable AI solutions with logging & tracing
Collaborate with architecture & engineering teams on scalable AI platforms
Tech Stack:
Python & Java
OpenAI / Claude APIs
MCP Servers & REST APIs
PostgreSQL & SQL Server
AKS & GitHub Actions
RAG Pipelines, Vector DBs & AI Evaluation Frameworks (Preferred)
What We’re Looking For:
7+ years in Software Engineering
2+ years building production-grade AI/LLM applications
Strong experience with Prompt Engineering & Function Calling
Experience with API orchestration & enterprise integrations
Deep understanding of AI safety, validation & observability
Excellent communication & stakeholder collaboration skills
Nice to Have:
Experience in Financial Services or Operations
Exposure to Temporal or workflow orchestration tools
Knowledge of automated LLM evaluation frameworks
