We are already live with healthcare customers, and we are now hiring an
Applied AI Engineering Intern
to work closely with the founding team as we ship additional features.
You will work on production systems used in real healthcare workflows. The work you do will help hospitals recover revenue faster, reduce manual work for billing teams, and ultimately relieve thousands of patients from unnecessary financial pressure caused by denied claims.
What you’ll work on:
Improving our AI agents for denial management, including appeals, re-corrections, resubmissions, and other RCM workflows.
Ship new product features across the stack, with a focus on speed, accuracy, reliability, and production-readiness.
Use customer feedback and real denial edge cases to improve agent behavior and workflow performance.
Deploy, evaluate, fine-tune, and improve AI models in production.
Maintaining and building integrations with EHRs and other clearinghouse and payer portals.
Skills we’re looking for:
Strong programming ability in
TypeScript / Node.js
Experience building AI-native products, agents, or LLM workflows
Familiarity with
LLM evaluation, LLMOps, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning
Experience with AWS services
Ability to move fast, debug independently, and ship production-quality work
