Applied AI Engineer Networking & RAG Pipelines

Allied Telesis in the Bay Area seeks an AI Software Engineer to develop AI-powered capabilities across our product portfolio, focusing on applied AI in networking infrastructure. You will join a small, forward-thinking research group and contribute to agentic workflows. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of software development experience, strong Python skills, and hands-on exposure to LLM APIs, vector stores, or RAG patterns. MCP experience is a plus but not required.
