Applied AI Engineer: Frontline AI API Platform

OpenAI is seeking an Applied AI Engineer to deploy frontier AI capabilities for developers and enterprises. You will work with API customers, guiding architecture from prototyping to production while balancing performance, safety, and cost. This role is based in our SF or Seattle offices with a hybrid model (3 days per week in the office) and relocation assistance. You will embed with customers to drive adoption, scale production systems, and influence product direction through measurable impact.
