Applied AI Engineer for Construction Knowledge & Retrieval

Clayco is seeking an experienced AI Applications Engineer to build governed AI tools used by colleagues across our projects. You will create retrieval over internal knowledge bases and project history, turning domain concepts into practical boundaries for production use. You will set prompt and context engineering standards, work with engineers on real tasks, and ensure solutions are scalable and well-supported within Clayco's framework. Travel is required for this role.
