This role sits within the technology team of a systematic investment firm, applying AI techniques to problems across the research and trading lifecycle. The work touches tooling used broadly across the firm's quantitative and engineering functions.

What You'll Do Design and build AI-driven tools and applications in partnership with research and engineering teams Evaluate and apply modern AI/ML techniques to relevant business problems Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to identify high-value use cases Build, test, and iterate on models and applications through to production Stay current with the AI landscape and bring relevant advances back to the team
Must-haves 3+ years of experience building AI or ML applications Strong software engineering fundamentals Experience taking models or AI applications from prototype to production Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice-to-haves Experience in quantitative finance or a related technical field Exposure to large language models and modern AI tooling Advanced degree in computer science, machine learning, or a related field Experience working in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments
