Applied AI Engineer - Build Reliable, Reusable Workflows

Thesis is seeking an AI Engineer to build agents, integrations, and internal tools that empower a small team to accomplish more. You will work with Data, Engineering, Growth, Creative, and Operations to identify problems, prototype solutions, and own them through deployment and continuous improvement. This hands-on role focuses on applied AI, using existing models, connecting them to our tools, and ensuring outputs are useful and trustworthy.
