Build evaluation-backed AI features for research and qualification workflows Design review paths for uncertain outputs and preserve the evidence behind decisions Partner with operators to turn recurring judgment calls into practical tools Improve observability, cost controls, and recovery behavior for AI-assisted runs What you bring.
Experience shipping AI products or systems used in production Comfort evaluating model behavior with real operational data Strong software-engineering fundamentals and an appetite for close user feedback Sound judgment about where automation needs a clear human decision Your first 90 days Learn the work.
