To support the AI Enterprise Engineering organization, the full-time Engineer, AI Engineering Tools will administer and integrate essential engineering tools, manage user access, and ensure the effective operation of platforms such as GitHub, Slack, and Notion, with the flexibility to work remotely in the US.
Key responsibilities
Administer and manage the engineering toolset, including provisioning user access and configuring org-level settings
Build and maintain automations to streamline workflows across various tools and reduce manual processes
Serve as the primary resource for tool-related inquiries and onboard new hires with training materials and sessions
Required qualifications
8+ years of hands-on experience administering enterprise software tools or platforms
Experience with GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Actions administration
Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools, project tracking tools, and collaboration platforms
Proven experience managing user lifecycle across multiple systems
Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience
