Owning the internal systems that enable engineers to ship production Salesforce code quickly and accurately, the full-time remote AI Engineering Systems Lead will manage autonomous coding pipelines, root-cause engines, and enforced architectural standards while driving innovation in AI-assisted development.
Key responsibilities
Enhance and expand autonomous coding pipelines to improve reliability and efficiency in code shipping
Oversee the development of a root-cause engine that analyzes bugs across multiple repositories and maintains evaluation standards
Implement and extend architectural decision records to ensure deterministic enforcement of coding principles across projects
Required qualifications
Strong understanding of systems thinking and type systems to eliminate classes of bugs
Experience with AI-assisted and agentic development, including familiarity with their limitations
Proficient in programming languages such as Java or JavaScript
Experience building developer tooling, CI/CD, and orchestration systems
Salesforce and Apex experience is advantageous but not mandatory
