What Makes A Successful AI Engineering Specialist At Fiserv?
An AI Engineering Specialist at Fiserv drives the adoption of artificial intelligence on a global scale by creating platforms, standards, and accelerators that enable more agile, secure, and consistent development. They work at the intersection of modern software engineering and advanced AI capabilities to enable high-impact global solutions. Additionally, they collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and clients, connecting technological innovation with the strategic objectives of the business.
What You Will Do:
Develop internal platforms, frameworks, and accelerators for artificial intelligence solutions.
Create reusable libraries, templates, and toolkits for generative AI and language models.
Design build, deployment, evaluation, and monitoring pipelines for AI applications.
Integrate AI solutions with APIs, microservices, and corporate platforms.
Drive the adoption of AI within the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Support global product, engineering, and professional services teams in the implementation of solutions.
Present solutions and new features to stakeholders, clients, and executive leadership.
Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and viable technical solutions.
What You Need:
Experience in software engineering with Python, Java, or similar technologies.
Experience in developing APIs, microservices, and system integration.
Experience working with scalable architectures and cloud environments.
Experience with pipelines, automation, and modern CI/CD practices.
Experience working in global environments with advanced or fluent English.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
What Would Be Ideal To Have (Desirable):
Experience with generative AI, LLMs, RAG, agents, or AI-based applications.
Experience in MLOps or LLMOps practices (deployment, monitoring, continuous improvement).
Experience with tools like Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster.
Experience with vector databases, semantic search, and Kubernetes.
Experience in the financial sector or in global technology products.
