AI Engineering Lead — Remote | Build AI-First Platform

Next Chapter Technology seeks a Head of AI Engineering to spearhead our transition into an AI-first platform. You will personally design and prove the first AI capabilities, then scale the team and adopt modern workflows with a hands-on, build-solo-first approach. You will balance technical delivery with people leadership, refactor legacy systems into cloud-native services, and ensure compliant, secure deployment across government-adjacent programs.
