Leading the AI Hub Center of Excellence, the full-time AI Engineering & Enablement Lead will manage the integration of enterprise AI tools into the software development lifecycle, establish engineering best practices, and oversee a hybrid team to ensure the delivery of production-grade AI solutions in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
Own the AI Hub COE charter and bridge the Enterprise AI team with Patient Services engineering
Architect the agent deployment framework and establish standards for AI agent lifecycle management
Lead a hybrid onshore/offshore team to deliver multiple AI MVPs and track progress against key performance indicators
Required qualifications
8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a technical lead or architect role
Proven experience architecting and deploying LLM-based systems or AI agents in production
Hands-on proficiency with major cloud AI platforms, especially Vertex AI
Familiarity with AI governance, compliance, and HIPAA/PHI handling
Experience leading distributed onshore/offshore teams effectively
