Leading the AI Hub Center of Excellence, the full-time AI Engineering Lead will manage the integration of enterprise AI tooling into the software development lifecycle, establish governance frameworks, and oversee a hybrid team to deliver production-grade AI solutions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Own the AI Hub COE charter and bridge the Enterprise AI team with Patient Services engineering Architect agent deployment frameworks and establish standards for AI agent development and lifecycle management Lead stakeholder alignment and delivery leadership for multiple AI MVPs and tech workstreams
Required qualifications
8+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years in a technical lead or architect role Experience architecting and deploying LLM-based systems or AI agents in production Fluency with a major cloud AI platform (Vertex AI preferred) and leading LLMs (Claude, Gemini) Knowledge of agent design patterns and AI-assisted development tooling Strong grasp of governance and compliance for AI in a regulated environment (HIPAA/PHI handling)
