AI Engineering Director

As a strategic leader in a full-time remote capacity, the AI Engineering Director will define and implement enterprise-wide AI architecture and best practices, focusing on secure and scalable AI solutions while guiding the organization's AI transformation. Key responsibilities

Define and lead the enterprise AI architecture strategy, establishing principles and best practices for AI/ML solutions Design secure, scalable AI solutions leveraging advanced technologies while ensuring alignment with business objectives Manage cross-functional collaboration efforts to deliver integrated AI solutions that meet business requirements

Required qualifications

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field required 10+ years of experience in information technology, with at least 7 years in enterprise architecture or technical leadership roles 5+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture and application development 7+ years of experience in healthcare technology and understanding of health data standards (HL7, FHIR) Proven experience leading architecture teams and managing diverse technical teams
