Supporting learners in an AI-augmented engineering bootcamp, the part-time contract AI Engineering Coach will review code, provide feedback, run office hours, and ensure engineers stay on track during a remote engagement of approximately 5-10 hours per week for 12 weeks.
Key responsibilities
Review learners' AI-assisted code and provide constructive, specific feedback
Identify and address learners' challenges early to keep them on track
Conduct virtual office hours for Q&A and hands-on assistance
Required qualifications
Full-stack software engineer experienced with AI coding tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor
Ability to review code and deliver clear, actionable feedback
Consistent and reliable availability throughout the 12-week period
Familiarity with AI-assisted development practices and evaluation
