Key Responsibilities
Utilize generative AI and engineering best practices to enhance platform services and deployment workflows
Build and optimize infrastructure for model hosting and secure data access
Drive research and development in AI platform engineering and mentor junior engineers
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related software engineering roles
3+ years in R&D or infrastructure initiatives
2+ years mentoring junior engineers
Expertise in large-scale AI systems and cloud infrastructure
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
