Software Engineer – AI Applications
Location: Wilmington, DE - Onsite
We are looking for a Software Engineer with 4+ years of experience in Python and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or Semantic Kernel and experience building prompt workflows using OpenAI or similar APIs.
Responsibilities
Develop AI-powered applications and prompt workflows.
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Support AI governance, prompt versioning, and model reliability practices.
Collaborate with Product, Risk, Compliance, and Engineering teams.
Create technical documentation and support scalable AI implementations.
Required Skills
Strong Python development experience.
Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
Knowledge of OpenAI APIs and Generative AI workflows.
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Understanding of enterprise integrations and AI governance.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
