We are looking for an AI Engineer/Strategist
This role is for individuals who don't just understand AI-they know how to apply it to solve real business problems, build scalable solutions, and drive adoption.
Responsibilities:
Design and build AI-powered solutions using LLMs, agents, and modern AI frameworks
Develop and deploy production-grade applications leveraging tools like OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar platforms
Build and optimize RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector database integrations
Design and implement agentic workflows, tool-calling systems, and automation frameworks
Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-impact AI use cases and translate them into technical solutions
Evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies and recommend best-fit solutions
Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of AI systems in production environments
Requirements:
4 years of software engineering experience (Python, TypeScript, or similar)
Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI application development (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
Strong understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, and agent-based architectures
Experience building APIs, microservices, and scalable backend systems
Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, pgvector, etc.)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Ability to operate as both a builder and a strategist-comfortable coding and advising

Able to connect technical solutions to real business outcomes
Strong collaborator who can bridge engineering and business teams
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar connector frameworks
Background in building internal AI tools or enterprise AI adoption initiatives
Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
Exposure to event-driven systems (Kafka, streaming, etc.)
Strong communication skills with ability to influence non-technical stakeholders
