Wakam, an innovative B2B2C insurer based in Paris and London, is looking for an AI Architect / Senior AI Engineer with deep expertise in Generative AI and AI Agents to lead our transformation into Europe's first AI-enabled insurer.

Your Profile
GenAI & AI Agent Expertise (Top Priority)
7+ years as a Software Engineer / ML Engineer / Data Scientist with at least one significant production-level GenAI or AI Agent project
Advanced mastery of LLMs (GPT, Claude, Mistral, etc.)
Hands-on experience with Dust.tt or similar platforms (LangChain, CrewAI, Flowise, Dify, etc.)
Expertise in conversational architectures and RAG
Strong multi-agent orchestration skills
Key Technical Skills
Python & the GenAI ecosystem
Agent-oriented software architecture
Advanced prompt engineering & LLM tuning
API integrations for agent systems (including MCP integrations)
Bonus Skills
ML/MLOps: nice-to-have but not core
Cloud & Infrastructure: useful for deployment
Monitoring tools: for agent system observability
