Roles and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Engineer with strong expertise in:

Python Large Language Models (LLMs) Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

Design and build an Agentic Platform for internal use. Blend traditional full-stack development with modern AI/ML system design. Enable intelligent, data-aware user experiences. Work cross-functionally with:

Product managers Data scientists Designers

Deliver robust, scalable solutions leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies.

Must Have Technical Skills:

Python LLM Basics RAG Systems Design and Engineering Ability to design a fault tolerant production system APIs Agile

Flex Skills/Nice to Have:

Java Jira Microsoft Office Experience with relational databases

Soft Skills:

Written and Verbal Communication Ability to work well with a team Time Management Multi-tasking

Education/Certifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Role Differentiator:

Agentic platform is a new upcoming project. Ability to work with a variety of teams. Impact on a key initiative that affects the bank as a whole.
