AI Prompt Designer (Generative Content Systems) Summary We're looking for a creative, systems-minded Prompt Designer to build and refine AI-driven content generation workflows. This role focuses on crafting high-quality prompts, testing outputs, and iterating toward consistent, scalable results. You'll work at the intersection of writing, logic, and experimentation—turning ambiguous ideas into structured prompt systems that reliably produce accurate, engaging content. What You'll Do Design, write, and iterate on prompts that generate structured, high-quality content. Build and maintain prompt frameworks that scale across topics and formats. Test outputs, identify failure patterns, and systematically improve results. Define rules, constraints, and schemas (including JSON outputs) to enforce consistency. Evaluate content quality across accuracy, engagement, and repeatability. Develop new content formats and expand existing ones. Collaborate on tooling using AI Tools, spreadsheets, and structured workflows. Rapidly prototype, validate, and refine ideas through hands-on experimentation.
