Description Typical Day in the Role Purpose of the Team: The team operates within Casual Games, focused on developing and supporting games that reach a broad player base. Key Projects: This role will contribute to the development of a next-generation, unannounced game, supporting ongoing game initiatives and helping deliver engaging, live gaming experiences to a broad player base. Candidate Requirements Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain experience with agentic systems or skill-based AI systems and the ability to work independently. AI Prompt Designer (Generative Content Systems) Summary We're looking for a creative, systems-minded Prompt Designer to build and refine AI-driven content generation workflows. This role focuses on crafting high-quality prompts, testing outputs, and iterating toward consistent, scalable results. You'll work at the intersection of writing, logic, and experimentation—turning ambiguous ideas into structured prompt systems that reliably produce accurate, engaging content. What You'll Do Design, write, and iterate on prompts that generate structured, high-quality content. Build and maintain prompt frameworks that scale across topics and formats. Test outputs, identify failure patterns, and systematically improve results. Define rules, constraints, and schemas (including JSON outputs) to enforce consistency. Evaluate content quality across accuracy, engagement, and repeatability. Develop new content formats and expand existing ones. Collaborate on tooling using AI Tools, spreadsheets, and structured workflows. Rapidly prototype, validate, and refine ideas through hands-on experimentation. What We're Looking For Strong writing ability with an eye for clarity, tone, and engagement. Systems thinking: ability to translate vague goals into structured rules and repeatable outputs. Experience iterating on AI prompts or working with generative models. Comfortable working with structured data (JSON, schemas, validation rules). Strong problem-solving skills—you debug outputs, not just write prompts. Bias toward action: you test, ship, and improve quickly. Nice to Have Experience building or scaling content generation systems. Familiarity with prompt evaluation, scoring, or test harnesses. Background in games, education, or interactive content. Light scripting or data manipulation experience. What This Role Is Not Not a traditional technical writer role. Not a marketing/content strategy role. Not a pure software engineering role. This is a hybrid of creative writing, product thinking, and system design. Success in This Role Looks Like Outputs are consistently accurate, engaging, and well-structured. Prompt systems scale without breaking across topics. Failure cases are identified and systematically eliminated. New content formats are introduced and production-ready. Level Mid-level individual contributor. You'll be expected to operate independently, but not in a vacuum. Explain a Typical Day in the Role Design and refine prompts that generate structured, high-quality content. Review AI outputs, identify failure patterns, and iterate to improve accuracy, engagement, and consistency. Build and maintain prompt frameworks, including rules and JSON schemas. Run small experiments to test variations, compare results, and scale what works. Collaborate with stakeholders to define new content types and continuously improve generation quality. What is the Ideal Background of a Candidate for This Role? Mid-level individual contributor with strong writing and problem-solving skills. Experience working with generative AI tools and iterating on prompts to improve outputs. Comfortable working with structured formats like JSON and defining rules/constraints. Backgrounds may include product, content systems, game design, data/content operations, or similar hands-on roles. Must have a track record of shipping and iterating—not just ideating. How Will Contractor Performance Be Measured? Quality of generated outputs (accuracy, engagement, consistency). Ability to reduce failure rates through prompt iteration. Scalability of prompt systems across topics and formats. Speed of iteration and improvement cycles. Clarity and effectiveness of structured outputs (e.g., JSON compliance). Top 3 Must-Have HARD Skills & Years of Experience for Each Prompt design & iteration for generative AI systems — 2 years (or equivalent hands-on experience). Structured content/data handling (JSON, schemas, rule-based systems) — 2 years. Analytical problem-solving (testing outputs, identifying failure patterns, improving systems) — 2 years.
