A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN IT, AI Engineer
A typical day for an AI Engineer in this role involves designing and fine-tuning large language models, developing agent-based systems to automate workflows and decision-making, and collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs. The majority of this role's time will be focused on discovering, evaluating, and deploying generative AI tools that streamline business processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field OR relevant experience.
Strong expertise in large language models, agentic frameworks, and orchestration systems.
Experience with LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar orchestration libraries, as well as Copilot Studio.
Knowledge of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and tool augmentation for LLMs.
Familiarity with RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and AI-driven workflow automation.
