Required Skills & Experience 4+ years of software engineering or AI/ML experience 2+ years building Generative AI applications Strong Python development experience Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks Knowledge of Azure OpenAI or enterprise LLM platforms Experience building RAG solutions and vector search implementations FastAPI or API development experience Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related discipline Desired Skills & Experience
Experience with Snowflake and Databricks MLOps or DevOps experience Enterprise AI deployment experience Exposure to Anthropic Claude or other commercial LLM platforms Experience integrating with ERP, CRM, or legacy enterprise systems Background within supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environments What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown
