Location: Strongsville OH, Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas, TX, Parsippany, NJ Job Description: Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Backend.NET Core (C#), Web API, Entity Framework, SQL Server Frontend Angular, TypeScript, RxJS AI / ML Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG pipelines Cloud & DevOps Azure (ML, Functions, DevOps), containerization MLOps CI/CD pipelines, model validation & reranking (Nice to have) Architecture SOLID principles, clean code, microservices, REST APIs Roles & Responsibilities The Lead AI Engineer will spearhead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions. This role combines technical expertise in AI/ML with leadership responsibilities, ensuring scalable, high-performing systems that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will mentor team members, set technical direction, and collaborate across departments to deliver innovative AI-driven products. Must Have 3–5+ years’ experience working with.NET Core and Angular in full-stack roles. Hands-on experience building and deploying ML/AI solutions, preferably in production. Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn. Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and Predictive Analytics. Familiarity with MLOps, Docker, Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Knowledge of high-performance computing and data engineering. Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholder engagement. Nice to Have Familiarity with MLOps frameworks like Kubeflow, Zenflow, Kedro or DVC. Experience with model Interpretability tools, bias mitigation, or AI regulatory compliance. Experience with microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, and event-driven messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ). Exposure to vertical industries like Logistics, finance, healthcare, or enterprise SaaS. Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG pipelines. Knowledge of graph databases and neural network architectures.
