We're partnering with an enterprise organization expanding their AI initiatives and looking for an AI Engineer to help build production AI solutions focused on personalization, customer engagement, and customer insights.
This role will focus on:
• Building and deploying AI/LLM-powered applications
• Developing RAG pipelines, APIs, and AI services
• Working across Product, Data Engineering, and Business teams
• Measuring and optimizing AI performance using KPIs and metrics
What we're looking for:
• Strong software engineering background (Python, Node.js, React preferred)
• Experience deploying AI/ML or LLM applications into production
• RAG pipeline & prompt engineering experience
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Passion for AI and emerging technologies
Location: Hybrid (Tue–Thurs onsite) – Minneapolis, MN
Type: Contract-to-Hire
The projected hourly range for this position is $75.00 to $85.00
